Products from Hirschmann have been used in laboratories for 50 years in over 100 countries around the world. Our laboratory instruments, volumetric analysis glass instruments and precision capillaries are more than just sophisticated high-quality tools for laboratory specialists. They can be individually adapted to suit user requirements.
Examples of our innovations include the market launch of the world’s first solar-powered digital burette in 2001 and individual coding of volumetric measuring devices in 2009.
“Innovative thinking is the engine of progress” is a leitmotif of the Hirschmann corporate philosophy.
The innovative energy of our employees can also be seen in the meantime in the 26 registered brand ranges and 23 patent families which have been fully implemented in products.
And Hirschmann laboratory instruments have not only made a name for themselves for their capability and cutting edge technology.
A whole series of products have received accolades for design, ergonomics and environmental friendliness, receiving prizes such as the iF Design Award, the reddot Award or the Blue Angel (Der Blaue Engel).
Maximum quality is a guiding principle at Hirschmann Laborgeräte when it comes to processes in development, production and administration.
An outward symbol of quality production are the currently valid certifications:
DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

DKD calibration laboratory
Conscious quality experienced on a daily basis was an important prerequisite which led to the accreditation of Hirschmann Laborgeräte as a calibration laboratory to the DKD (German Calibration Service) and thus entitles us to issue internationally recognised DKD calibration certificates for volumetric measuring devices.
These document, on the one hand, the inspected quality of the products and, on the other, are an outward sign of rigorous testing and the excellence of the quality management system.
